    Perfect product. My mother was a CoonAss from Lake Charles and made here own for years. Then Switched to Kary’s. I’ve been using it for 30 years. I prefer the “Original” just cause it looks like my mothers. I have used the dry also and get the same great results.

    OK, I’m an Irish Texan but I live just next to Louisiana and Cajun fare is what I’m used to. Nothing besides a female will warm a man up like chicken and andouille gumbo. Kary’s roux is just as good as homemade and a lot less trouble! The dark roux is for fans of full flavor and taste is easily adjusted by how much you use! Great stuff, y’all.
